The Adult Open Gym program is PAID & RESERVED time BY individuals 19 and older wishing to use this facility.

Please confirm court time before you walk in – the gym is scheduled very tightly!

Adult Open Gym Form

The program is set up as a simple solution for all ADULTS wishing to use the City Gymnasium. Previously, each time you wished to play, you were required to pay a small fee.  The problem unfortunately,  has been…sometimes not everyone paid to play, leaving the facility rental tab up to the others to cover.  Clearly, this is unfair!

What is Adult Open Gym?  It is a “membership”,  if you will, that enables the paid ADULT participants access to the gym.  Attached to the down-loadable form above –  on the second page  - is a schedule.  You can also view the Adult Open Gym Schedule on the Youth Calendar tab located on the Heart City Sports home page.  The times reserved are for pick-up basketball, volleyball, & walking.    If you have a group that would like other activities during these scheduled times,  please contact Jenny Reece @ 402-389-1675.

:Cost:

$10/year/person good for one year following sign up.

You do not have to pay $10 each time!  You must however, sign the usage form and return to the City Office or the Youth Activities office (3rd & Ray ST).  For those of you paying to do this, you can pick up a key at the City Office to open the gym.  We will keep a list of paid participants.  Plan ahead as our schedule is very busy at the gym.  Upon finishing your activity, please return the key to the City Office immediately.  We simply ask that all are responsible while using  the facility.  If things get out of hand, the program may be canceled.

Again – the “NO PAY…NO PLAY” courtesy is in effect!

When you are finished using the facility PLEASE make sure that…

ALL

WINDOWS ARE SHUT – LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF

EQUIPMENT IS PUT AWAY – DOORS ARE CLOSED
